Kuantan Day 2

#throwback 30-March-2013

Meeting Keegan and cousin at 7am for breakfast.

Nothing special, Toasted bread, Hashbrown, Sausages, Cake, Fried Noodle, Tea for breakfast @ The Ritz Grill right beside the lobby of the hotel.

8am, the day just started!

Wanted to sit my dad car to kamaman but cousin say "你爸不熟悉路跟车很麻烦。"

But I'm so scared I will 晕车 again.

After that I realise it's a MPV! Okay la, MPV I won't 晕车.

It's so true that I can only sit MPV. Ha! Ha!

There is a coffee shop at kamaman that is very famous, 

With very nice coffee/tea and kueh.

We reach there at 9.15am++

Sadly it's too late and it's already full house and most of the kueh were sold out :(

So we continue travel to the cemetery.

We reach there around 10.am++, the SUN is already out! It's so HOT!

After praying, we went to a last time grandparents neighbour's house.

I don't know who they are, but my cousin know all of them! Even my dad don't know them too.

Cousin told us that he know them is because last time my grandmother always bring him here.

Here is some pictures of the place we at. It's just 2 row of houses. They name this place 华人新村.

This uncle's 排骨酥 is very famous.

We never fail to order from him every year.
But he stopped doing it for years and now his brother is back to help him with the 排骨酥.

After collecting and exploring the kampong, cousin know I want to go Seaside, and yes! he bring me to the seaside!

This keropok damn nice. Not what we found in Singapore. You can really taste the fish!

THE SEA

Nothing more happy than having this sea right in front of me.

For Lunch, again late lunch, 2pm++ we went to a hainanese restaurant.

After that went back to kuantan and drop a visit to another cousin's shop at kuantan.
Dinner @ The Ritz Grill
难得一次的聚餐, It has been a long time since we whole family (kuantan's side) sit down and have dinner together.
We separate into 2 tables, Adults at one, Children at one.
Of coz I'm sitting at the children side together with keegan, we are both children! :p

That's the end of our Day 2. Tml we are going back to Singapore already. 好舍不得哦 :(

Kuantan Day 1

#throwback 29-March-2013

Wake up at 4am and left house at 5am to woodland checkpoint.
Morning is never easy for me.
I always feel so giddy in the car especially in the morning.
6 hours of travelling time from JB to Kuantan.
Not included the jam at checkpoint!
The Journey began.

Dim Sum for breakfast.

Again, I'm so giddy until I can't take any food.
I just have a cup of Milo.
The above photo can't make it.
I seriously don't have the energy and mood to take nice picture due to the giddiness.

The First Stop (Toilet break) - MERSING!
I always fail here. Finally, I can't endure and throw out everything!
I remember last year at this stop I vomited, this year also.
The road from Kota Tinggi to Mersing, I always can't make it.
It's a nightmare to me. It make me so giddy until I vomited.
Definitely, after throw out everything, I feel much better.
Nice sea view, but sorry no photo, because I'm still half sick.
Mersing is always full of tourist because it's the place where they sit boat over to Tioman Island.
I never been to Tioman Island before, but I goggle it before.
It's also a nice place for holiday. I wish to go there one day. :)

Second Stop - ROMPIN!
Another toilet break. For my dad is more of a leg resting time for him.
Everytime when we reach this stop my dad will say "到Rompin咯!"
I don't have much memory at this place.
Because after Mersing, I will fall asleep all the way until Rompin :)

Third Stop - PEKAN!
Everytime when we reach here, we will be damn happy, because we know we reaching kuantan soon!
My dad always say "要到kuantan了咯!"
Same thing, not much memory, is just a toilet break.

FINALLY! KUANTAN!
It's nearly 2.30pm and we just reach kuantan!
We haven't even had our lunch yet!
The first thing we do when we reach kuantan is to go to the market,
and get the food we need to pray for tml 上山.
Also buy our lunch.
After that Check-in hotel.
SEASON VIEW standard one.
Not a 5-star hotel. But, not bad, because it's new, clean and comfortable.
My dad don't like spend much money on hotel.
He always tell my sis this, "we come here is to walk around not to ask you stay in hotel whole day. You want stay 5-star, go back Singapore MBS stay one night."
By the time we check in is already 3pm++

The Toilet! I love it so much! Because it's so bright and big! I'm most scared of those "dark" and small toilet, and my dad used the toilet before letting me took a picture.

One thing bad about this hotel, no table.
Only one make-up table with a big TV used up half of the table.
So we have to eat in this way.

                                                MY FAVOURITE FOOD - LOK LOK!

This Lok-Lok in kuantan is the best.
I have try once at malacca, and it doesn't taste as good as this one at kuantan market.
It's a must try if you happen to be at Kuantan market.
I think is because of their chilli, I don't know why but this one just taste much better.
And the most happiest thing for me is, WI-FI!

Resting and enjoy my wi-fi all the way until 7pm, dinner with Cousin Heng.
Went to a restaurant, everytime we go kuantan they sure bring us to restaurant.
Actually we prefer street food.
After dinner, Go back hotel lor. Boring right.

Waiting for Keegan to reach kuantan. They coming down from KL.
They reach at 10pm+ so late!
My dad told them meet 7am tml at ground floor for breakfast,
Actually should be 6am, my dad scared they not enough sleep so make it a bit later for them.
Yes, we staying in same hotel, I can't wait to see Keegan!

Ragnarok Online II - The first and the last party with you

Today you decided to bring me and leo for RHM (Random Hard Mode).
But the party is so hard to find.
And keep having the you so called "noob" in the team making you piss off.
So end up you decided to bring us go hunt cards instead.

When we come out of dungeon. Leo need to clear his bag so he went to the town.
I was quiet for the whole dungeon run because I just don't feel like talking today.
I have no idea what to talk to you about.
Every time my pm to you was being ignored, I'm kinda angry actually.
I sit down outside the dungeon on the floor and you came to sit right in front of me.
You told leo that I'm sitting down here like a boss.
Leo was saying maybe she is afk?
I'm not afk, I'm sitting right in front of my computer all the while.
Just that I don't want to talk.

You gave me one card and while hunting, another card drop but leo give me instead.
Leo said I need it more than him.
After that he went off to sleep.
Leaving you and me behind
You told me that you have to go too.
I still remember the last line you told me before you offline.
"Forgive me tx."

And this is the last time party/playing together with you.
For the next few days, you don't online much.
And suddenly you just went mia.
Never online again...
It's damn sad you know.

Ragnarok Online II - The first game with you

I still remember the reason why I started this game.
Manage to start a conversation with you on Facebook and got your in-game name.
Happily added you in game.
Knowing that you want to create a guild, I wanted to join you so badly.
But how am I going to explain to the current guild I'm in.
They are nice people, they play together with me, guide me for the past 1 week.
But, you are the reason why I started this game.
So, I left them and join your guild.

The every first time party with you after joining the guild.
And guild-mates, which is your friends.
I recorded down the video of this dungeon run with you guys but I'm not gonna upload it.

Ragnarok Online II - Alone

I'm playing RO2 @ Sea Server.
Actually at first I wasn't so into this game.
I never though that I'll try out this game and spending so much time on it.
Reason why I play this game is actually because of someone.
I was hoping to play a game together with this friend of mine.
I know this friend of mine is playing this game.
So I decided to try my luck to see if I could meet this friend of mine in game.

I started this game ALONE.
Playing alone without knowing how this game is being played.
Totally don't know anything.
On my half way through, I met some nice people.
We play together as a party, kill mobs together and having fun together almost every night in game.
But I never forget the reason why I started this game.

PORING PLUSHIE

Yay! I won myself a Poring Plushie for tuning into Mary-Anne and Afiz's livestream!

They were having a Ragnarok Online II close-beta livestream.
Showing to all gamer out there who don't get a chance to try out the game during close-beta.
The lucky draw was on the last day of streaming.
Afiz called out my name and I was surprise that I'm actually 5 of the lucky winner for this cute poring plushie.

Meet up with 李腾

Meet up with 李腾

To meet him up or not, I've been thinking about this for very long.
I'm given this chance, and yet I'm going to let it go?
I keep asking myself, will I regret if I don't go.
Finally, I decided to go.
But I must really thanks Yvonne to go together with me.

First time meet up with Yvonne Koh.
She is the friend I met on weibo.
Surprisingly we no need to break the ice, the moment we saw each other, we talk non stop.
We went to have lunch together.
After that a slow walk to the meeting place.

The meet up location at first was at Marina Square bowling center.
After that they last minute change to kallang leisure park.
The moment I heard them say change to Leisure Park,
I really can feel my heart is abit lighter.
Maybe is because there is a place I know better compare to Marina Square.

Suspose to meet at 2pm, but due to last minute change of venue,
We reach leisure park at around 2.30pm
Is really lucky that I ask yvoone alone.
She know so many of them (fans) there!

李腾 is really always late. Haha! His habit :p
No wonder his friend will say "If u meet him at 7pm, You can leave house at 7pm."
He reach at around 3pm.
We were like at the middle of the bowling center.
When he walk in and stand there saying hi to all of us.
There is a groups of girls at our right side (more of corner) suddenly all turn and face us with hand holding camera.
hahaha! I will never forget this moment in my life.

He play 2 set of games, after that we celebrate his birthday with him.
I could say that the birthday celebration is not really a "secret" , as it's really too obvious.
Sing him a birthday song, make a wish and cut the cake.
After that we having groups photos follow by solo photo taking time.
This is what I hoping for! Photo taking time!
After taking picture with me, he ask my name.
Maybe because I'm new? And he doesn't see before..
After taking photo, I was telling yvonne "can he sign for me?"
Yvonne ask me to go ask him, But... I shy! hahaha!

He went to the seat and took a bag and ask everyone to take one each.
He is giving us gift!
He is giving us the lanyard that I always wanted to buy!
but due to too expensive hence I didn't buy.
There is 2 colour, Black and Red
And I got the red one ^^

After that when he finished giving and return to his seat,
guess what we saw, someone pass him a book and ask him sign.
How can I miss out this chance! Lucky i bring along my note book today.
For me, thats the only time for one to one session.
I request him to write my name. hehe!
He doesn't know my name so I got to tell him which chinese character.
So this is the "one to one" talking time to me. Get it? haha!
He ask me a few questions and I was focus looking at his writing hence my reply was not very long.
After that some of the people need to go off, and he haven't eat lunch so he asked us want to join him or not.
Not much people joining, total of 8 (included him and his assistance)
We went to the food court together.

He asking everyone what we want to drink and he gonna treat us.
So nice of him.
I didn't order as i'm really very full.
I was kind of uncomfortable of the sitting.
Me, Yvonne, LiTeng and his assistance seating together at one table.
While the other 4 of them (admin and friends) at another table.
Shouldn't be the admin sitting with him?
But they doesn't mind and say "that is VIP table, you all can go ahead and sit there."
How nice they are!
But seriously, really thanks alot for the chances. 感恩.
We sit there and chat. But I didn't talk much..

After he finish, before they left, I asked him "Big Bang confirm coming singapore for concert, will you go?"
He ask me when and I told him date not set yet.
Look like chances he going is high. And he asking who the organizer and he want get good seat from them. hahaha! So cute!
After that he went off with a bye to everyone.
And we farewell with the admin and friends too.

It was only around 4pm.
Me and Yvonne continue to have a walk at leisure park,
When to arcade, after that go to coffee bean sit down and she drink coffee.
A slow walk back to station. We both were so tired.
On the train while heading to marina, we both were happily taking photos together. hehehe!
Seriously, front camera take photo will look nicer!
Alright, I shall stop here. I shall write in full details on my personal dairy :)
